Jamal Smith, executive director of the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, was the keynote speaker at the GLIBE annual Corporate Luncheon April 2 at the Holiday Inn City Centre. GLIBE drew a record of more than 100 people for its luncheon, its major fundraiser for activities throughout the year. Tanya Bell, executive director of the Indiana Black Expo was also in attendance.
